Sarah is a self-described “birth nerd”, graduate of the Douglas College Childbirth Educator program and a certified DONA birth and postpartum doula. She teaches our Prenatal in a Day class, has more birth-related certifications than you can name in one breath. She has completed a car seat safety technician course, a CPR-C for doulas through Safe Beginnings, and has also completed the Douglas College Breastfeeding Foundations for Healthcare Professionals course.

She loves to teach and make learning fun and loves to support families through the birthing journey. She also teaches private prenatals upon request in the Corridor, and is an aspiring midwife
