Homebirth Workshop

Are you planning to birth at home and are looking for information specific to that birth choice? We offer a 2-hour homebirth workshop that is tailored to the unique options available when birthing at home. 

The homebirth workshop includes;

• Setting up your home for birth

• Birth pool tour and how tos

• When to call your Midwife 

• The role of the Midwife at home

• How to prepare young children for witnessing/supporting birth 

• How to identify and proceed if a potential complication arises

• Home remedies to support a healthy labour, birth, and early postpartum

This is not a comprehensive class and we highly suggest you take our Comprehensive Prenatal Class first followed by our homebirth workshop to truly be prepared for birthing your baby at home.
